Our 30-Day Return Promise

If your purchase doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. Wrong size, wrong fit, or just a change of mind — we've got you covered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is enough)

To begin a return, email us at contact@lilettestudio.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will confirm your request and send you full instructions, including the correct return address.

Please don't send items back before reaching out to us first — returns sent without prior authorization may face processing delays.

Fast, Reliable Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method, with a confirmation email once it's complete.

Please note:

  • Shipping is always free on every order — no restocking fees, no hidden costs
  • For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at contact@lilettestudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll resolve it quickly — and we'll cover return shipping costs in these cases.
