We believe great style should come without the stress — and without the shipping fees. Every order from Lilette Studio ships completely free across the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently serve customers across the United States. Wherever you are, we'll get your order to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible at contact@lilettestudio.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we're no longer able to cancel it.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delayed or Missing Order?

We work hard to deliver on time, but occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.
